These are actually from last month. I’ve been slacking apparently (and I’m even too lazy to fix the white balance on these.)
Erika’s favourite activity (other than eating): emptying bins and bags. I have a few bins around the house with random things in them for her to explore, she loves it.
Erika just sat and played with her toy for a while, until she got bored and decided to chase after her brothers. Up until today she didn’t like crawling the grass, and wouldn’t even attempt it. Today she was motoring all over the yard.
That is, until she got tired and poked herself in the eye with some grass. Then we took a nap in the shade.

New game: Climb inside a sleeping bag and crawl around the yard pretending to be a caterpillar.
The second I get her diaper off she flips over and crawls away. Then it is a fight to get her on her back, let alone to lay still for five seconds to put a clean one on her.

Erika was sitting beside me, going through her diaper bag.
All was well, until she went to stand up, fell back and sat her butt right on this pouch of baby food.
Now my room smells like bananas. Bleh.
Adrian’s invitations. :)
He’s turning seven, and really, there are o ly two things that are stopping me.
1. I could definitely see him misplacing the games. Though, how is he supposed to learn responsibility if I never give him a chance?
2. Isaac. Isaac and Adrian share everything with each other, but they sometimes end up fighting over who had a longer turn. Isaac gets jealous, and snatchy at times. But I feel bad denying Adrian something because his brother isn’t ready for it yet.
Ughh.
It didn’t even take one whole song for her to fall asleep. I swear, Oasis has some sort of magic powers over my child. I love it.

Adrian is such a book worm.
Today, we went for a 10 minute walk to pick something up for dinner, and he insisted on bringing his book along so he could read and walk at the same time.
I love it. I hope he never loses his love of books.
Grumpy, whiny baby all day.
Except when she had a 3-hour nap. That was nice.
One of the few things keeping her happy is having the webcam on for her. I don’t get it, but it works.family
