For part of his college thesis, student Jiho Jang created the GIFTY, an instant camera that captures up to five seconds of video. This was really fun to do! and a very interesting exercise in matching someone else style, glad I tried.

I just turned her metal bra into something closer to a breastplate, smoothing out the perfect hemisphere boobs on the way, and extended it up & down a little. I kinda liked the blue & gold designs, so i turned them into pants & extended the blue up the sides (and did some crotch edit.. apparently one needs a gold dot to remember where certain body parts are) After all that, I filled in her belly with the material from her arms!

What a PERFECT design! It’s unique, yet sexy AND practical! I just love it! I I adore how you did the breastplate and pants! I’d love to cosplay this, good damn.

really? you’re asking parents to help you ban superheroes, wrestling and monster games because their imaginations are too wild? because they might get hurt? ugh.

this overmothering bullshit needs to fucking stop. everything is becoming “dangerous” to these pro pussification cocksuckers. eventually kids won’t be able to watch, say, or do anything other than sit at their desks and drug drool. and that’s what these people want. they’re not looking out for their students best interests. they’re looking out for themselves. they don’t want to actually watch the kids and teach them anything. they don’t want kids to be kids. kids get hurt. that’s what they do and it’s how they learn not to do stupid shit. don’t kill their fun and stunt their imaginations because you’re fucking lazy. if you get into childcare you need to be prepared to deal with this kinda stuff. not take everything away from them to shut them up and make your day easier.

shit like this fucking enrages me. there should be a committee that’s sole purpose is to find schools like this and shut them down until all of these scaredy cat overmothering lazy fuckfaces are removed and banned from any aspect of teaching or administration.

the days of becoming a teacher because it’s a passion are long gone. now it’s just a job. it’s about numbers and keeping lawsuits away.

It is this type of bullshit that has to stop.

My son currently attends one of the best childcare centers in the state of PA and never once did they tell me to stop letting him watch Star Wars or ‘super hero stuff’. Never once did I get a letter from them stating that he wasn’t to wear his home-made super hero cape in at school and act like a super hero because he had an ‘overactive imagination’. Routinely will I pick him up to find him climbing on things, standing on top of things, etc… I see him playing around with his friends, acting out various movies, etc… and never once have I been told that my parenting has to be changed because of his ‘overactive imagination’.

What I get from this is ‘Oh these kids are being too rough with one another, lets ban all play that will potentially put them in danger if they do it, oh and lets wrap the kids in bubble wrap as well and ensure they don’t fall down and get boo-boos’… Honestly!?

Let the kids be kids. Let them play. Let them imagine… This kind of stuff irritates me to no end.

I agree with you guys, but I think the fault lies more in the other parents too. If a kid gets hurt, some parents are like “well ok, did you learn your lesson?” and others are like “WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? SUSPEND THEM IMMEDIATELY.” The teachers are trying to avoid that, they’re just going about it the wrong way. It would bw more productive if they tried focusing the kids interests into something productive like class activities.

I reblog this everytime it’s on my dash. A lot of people think an anxiety attack is always hyperventilating and freaking out. I don’t know how it is for everybody but I can have anxiety attacks where I just feel like I’m not breathing enough even though I am and start getting sweaty, heart races and sudden urge to escape no matter what I’m doing. Most don’t think that’s an “attack” but until you’ve felt it you don’t know how claustrophobic it actually makes you feel.
